I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Carlton, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations, making for a truly memorable experience. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find the room impeccably clean and spacious, complete with a comfortable carpeted floor and a flat-screen TV that added to the homely feel. The tea and coffee facilities were a thoughtful touch, allowing me to enjoy a warm cup while winding down after a day of travel. To top it off, the staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring I found my lost car keys swiftly, which truly showcases their dedication to excellent service.
